A Love Note from Me
I’m a working mum of two sassy young women, and I’ve tried every habit hack, self-care ritual, and time management system in the book to wrangle my life into something that felt manageable.

Spoiler: most of it didn’t work.

What did work?
Small, consistent practices that honoured my body, my capacity, and my longing for something more real.
​
After leaving a career running large-scale events, I moved my family to the country and landed squarely in the messy middle of “Who am I now?”
It wasn’t a clean break or a neat reinvention. It was a slow, awkward and wiggly process.
​
Now, I centre my work around women’s bodies, imaginations, and nervous systems.
I’m currently training in a modality called BodyDreaming—an evolution of Marion Woodman’s BodySoulRhythms—and use this approach to support women in reclaiming their full, feeling selves.

Everyday pleasure is a huge part of that.
Delight. Joy. Contentment. Challenge. Risk. Sensuality.
Not as things you have to earn, but as ways back to your own aliveness.
